We are an AI-supported digital agency. Our team plans, produces and checks the work; AI tools speed up production and lower the cost. The final word always belongs to a human. We don’t do printing, shoots or trade fairs; everything is digital. We deliver with the same care to the shop in the neighborhood and to the company abroad. Below we wrote what customers experienced with the most requested services and how we prevent it.
What goes wrong most often in the market?
Website
- A 12,000 TL e-commerce site that was paid for was still not delivered after a month and a half, and calls went unanswered.
- A site built for 7,000 TL never opened on a computer; the admin panel and domain were not handed over to the customer.
Why it happens: The work starts without a contract or invoice, agreed only over the phone; the domain and panel stay with the agency.

- 28,000 TL was paid, the customer was told “your budget is used up”, but the ad never went live.

Why it happens: Ranking promises that can’t be kept are made, sales are made through fear, and the work done is not shown.

Social media management

Why it happens: There is no calendar or follow-up, and growth is shown with fake followers.

Logo and design

Why it happens: The bot is delivered without being tested with real questions, and the infrastructure is not official.

Contracted, invoiced, legally secured
Every job starts with a written contract, and every payment is invoiced. The contract protects not only the customer but also the side doing the work. Both sides’ rights are written down from the start.
Customer rights
- The scope, delivery date and number of revisions are written in the contract; if they are not honored, the contract and the law protect you.
- An invoiced payment is an official record for your business.
- Accounts and data are yours; personal data is processed in line with KVKK.
- If you buy the service as a consumer, your rights under the Law on Consumer Protection are reserved.
Producer rights
- The payment schedule is written in the contract; if a payment is late, the work is paused and the contract’s late-payment terms apply.
- Source files and usage rights are transferred once payment is complete.
- Requests outside the scope are handled with a separate quote.
- Delivered work is considered approved if no objection is raised within the period written in the contract.
Contracts are prepared under the Turkish Code of Obligations and related legislation. You read the contract before signing; no clause is left unclear.
